Delete PoloChat Account
Deleting your PoloChat account removes or anonymizes your account and related user data after the deletion grace period.
In the PoloChat app, open Profile or Settings, choose Delete Account, read the warning, and confirm the deletion request.
If You Cannot Access The App
Email PoloChat support at reddyravi248@gmail.com from the email address connected to your PoloChat account. Include your PoloChat username and write: "Please delete my PoloChat account and related data."
What Happens Next
PoloChat suspends the account during a short grace period. You can cancel the request from inside the app during that period if the request was accidental. When completed, PoloChat deletes or anonymizes account data, profile data, authentication tokens, device records, discovery/location data, friendship/block records, active user-generated chat content, and owned media records.
PoloChat may retain limited security, safety, abuse-prevention, legal, or audit records when required.
